I would be honored to be your doula.
I offer a variety of options to fit with different families’ needs. Please reach out to me with any questions or to discuss other payment options. I am open to setting up payment plans and offer reduced fees for families in need. My services can also be gifted to someone and included on a gift registry.

Free Consultation
I offer a complimentary meeting over Zoom, usually lasting between 20-30 minutes. This gives us a chance to briefly chat to see if we’re a good fit. At this time I can answer any initial questions you or your support person may have. Contact me to schedule a meeting.
Prenatal Visit
During a prenatal visit, which usually lasts up to two hours, we will go over your birth plan. I will meet with you and your support partner to discuss how we can create the environment you desire. We will go over your questions and concerns. We will cover pain relief ideas from natural to medical options. Prenatal visits are not substitutes for a birthing class. I recommend attending an out-of-hospital birth class.
Labor and Birth
I will be with you during your labor and childbirth, offering emotional and physical support as needed.
Postnatal Visit
About a week after your baby is born, I will come for a postpartum visit. This will be a one to two-hour visit to support you in your new role. This is an ideal time for you to ask questions or share concerns. We can discuss your birth, and I can help with basic breastfeeding/chestfeeding questions. I have a list of resources if you need additional help.
Postpartum Doula Services
Services include home visits immediately following birth or returning home. As a postpartum doula my role is to support you during the recovery and adjustment time. My services include (but not limited to) helping with breastfeeding/chestfeeding, helping parents learn how to care for their newborn and how to read their baby’s cues. During a visit I might sit and listen and help you process feelings, do a load of dishes, and hold the baby so a parent can shower or nap. Each visit is unique.
I offer daytime and nighttime hours. Contact me to see which package best fits your needs. Daytime shifts are $40/hour; Nighttime shifts are $45/hour. There is a minimum of four hour shifts for daytime and eight hour shifts for nighttime.

Initial Consultation
- 20-30 minute virtual meeting over Zoom
Birth Doula Package
- Two prenatal visits for 1–2 hours each
- One postnatal visit for 1–2 hours.
- Continuous labor and birth support—beginning when client chooses, meeting at home or hospital
- On-call two weeks prior to due date until your birth
- Phone and text support

POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Welcome Home Package
- 16 hours including one prenatal visit and four 4-hour visits. Hours must be used within the first seven days after coming home or within 10 days of home birth. Daytime hours only.
- Contract to be paid before work begins.
POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Deluxe Package
- 24 hours including one prenatal visit and six 4-hour visits. Hours must be used in the first two weeks after birth. Daytime hours only.
- Contract to be paid before work begins.
POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Nighttime Newborn Package
- 24 hours including one prenatal visit and three 8-hour visits. Hours must be used in the first seven days after birth. Hours used over three nights.
- Contract to be paid before work begins.
POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Daytime Care Package
- Four weeks with 4-hour days—five days a week beginning the day you come home from the hospital.
- 8:30am-12:30pm M-F
- A $1,600 non-refundable retainer is due to hold the space. The retainer will be applied to the last half of the contract. Payments are due on the 5th and 10th day of service.
POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Nighttime Care Package
- Four weeks with 8-hour nights—five nights a week beginning the night you come home from the hospital.
- From 10pm-6am. Rotating to M-F, weekends off after the first weekend.
- A $3,200 non-refundable retainer is due to hold the space. The retainer will be applied to the last half of the contract. Payments are due on the 5th and 10th day of service.
POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Create Your Own Package
- Daytime is $40/hour. Nighttime is $45/hour. There is a minimum of 4 hours per day and a minimum of 8 hours per night.
- No less than 16 hours can be contracted.
- There is a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold your spot.
- Contracts for under two weeks must be paid in full prior to work beginning.
